Don't waste your time wading through applications and interviewing candidates. I handle all of that for you!
We start with the Hire Plan.
A comprehensive interview where we take a deep dive into your business. I get to know who you are as a business, who you’ve already hired (and possibly fired), and where you want your business to go in the future.
Then I’ll come up with a plan to hire the exact employees that will get you there (and who you should not hire) in order to grow your business and free up your time. This service eliminates risk for you.
You can hire on your own or let me take care of finding those employees for you. Your Hire Plan is written and delivered as a brief that identifies the exact next steps for your business.

The Hire Path is for trade businesses who are serious about hiring their next reliable employee.
It's a complete hiring service that finds the next member of your team.
Rather than spinning your wheels trying to find the next employee to grow your team, I take the wheel. Services could include writing the job description, doing the interviews, and checking references. You're typically handed a short list with only employees who would make a great addition to your team.
I often sit with you through the final round of interviews and help you make the best decision for your business.
